Namsure – gaining momentum!
Namsure recently secured the prestigious City of Windhoek account after successfully tendering for it.
Namsure director Hennie Köhne has experience of managing similar large accounts and this will ensure that the City of Windhoek receives the levels of service and expertise that they can expect.
The account includes a mix of municipal assets and a large motor fleet of about 1 100 motor vehicles as well as a complex public liability policy to cover the legal exposures of the various aspects of municipal activities.
Hennie says: “The COW tender can be a fairly ‘busy’ account and the claims can be complex which makes this interesting and challenging. Fortunately, we have the administrative processes in place to handle the claims effectively, thereby providing an efficient service to the City of Windhoek.”
There was more to come for Namsure.
Namsure maintained the momentum by gaining the account of Cymot Namibia, a retail outlet with 17 branches throughout Namibia and a new outlet in Angola.
Cymot sells automotive parts, oils, safety gear, motor paints, tools, camping equipment of a very high standard and bicycles. They also manage a fitment centre for motor vehicle accessories and a services centre for the high-end racing bicycles and mountain bikes they sell.
“Cymot is a credible, well known household name in Namibia and we are proud to be associated with them. They are known in Namibia for their excellence in service and products, which is something that we can identify with and aspire to as a company,” says Hennie.
“Namsure is a fresh, young company that is rich in experience,” says Hennie. “And it is this combination that the market is enjoying.”
